Energy Shares to Trade in CDN$ Effective February 22
New
Symbol: OYL
Toronto,
Ontario - CGX Energy Inc. (OYL.U - TSXV) ("CGX") announces today
that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to change
the trading of its shares from US$ to CDN$. CGX Energy shares currently
trade under the symbol OYL.U.
Trading
in CDN$ will begin on Friday, February 22 nd under the new symbol
OYL.

decision to change the pricing of our shares to Canadian dollars
was made primarily to remove confusion in the trading price as CGX
Energy is listed on a Canadian exchange. As the exchange rate between
the Canadian and US dollar is currently in a very close range, we
believe the timing is right to make this transition."
